Etiquette Guide

Reservations

Reservations require a credit card or a Visage a' Visage gift card to hold any appointments. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us with more than 24 hours notice or your card will be charged in the full amount of your scheduled service(s). We offer non alcoholic beverages but we are BYOB and do have glassware if needed.

Guest Timeliness

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment time. Arriving late will interfere with your scheduled service and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.

Spa & Salon Payment Inquiries

We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and Visage a' Visage gift cards. Cash tips are preferred, however gratuity left on cards are also accepted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased at the reception desk and/or over the phone. We do not offer E-Gift cards. All gift cards are a physical card that can be picked up in person or mailed out to the purchaser or recipient. All gift cards are non-refundable and expire either 5 years from date purchased if unused or 5 years after date of last use.

Assistance With Making An Appointment

A Spa & Salon Receptionist will coordinate an experience specifically for your needs.

Customer Requests

You may request a specific gender Massage Therapist while booking an appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have your request available at all times. All spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable, relaxing environment for all.

Health Problems & Comfort Level

Please notify our Receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible spa treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, product, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, and if there is anything specific you would like us to address, please inform the service provider.

What To Wear During A Treatment

Visage a' Visage does not uphold any dress code. It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We will provide robes and slippers for your convenience.

Shaving

Shaving is not recommended before any Spa Services as irritation may occur. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service. If you are receiving a waxing service, please refrain from shaving at least two weeks prior to your appointment.

Children's Policy

For massages and facials, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Client must be at least 16 years of age to receive a massage and 13 years of age to receive a facial. Parent must be present in spa treatment room for the entirety of the service.
