Michael
Manager & Master Hair Stylist
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Michael graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology April 1, 1992 and has worked for Visage a Visage since November of 2000. His continuous education from Wella International benefits clients as he cares for all of your hair care needs. He loves working with the Wella line as they are always improving their products to make them safer for clients and the environment. Michael is here to make you happy, whether it is a new hair color, cut, or special hairstyle.
Brenda
Master Hair Stylist
Brenda's outgoing personality, along with many decades of experience as a hairstylist, will put you at ease. She is passionate about hair health and will educate you about maintaining hair care at home. Brenda helps her clients develop a style that results in looking beautiful and feeling confident. She believes you should love your hair, it's the accessory that you never take off!
Fabian
Master Hair Stylist
Fabian has a passion for creativity and is a true artist. His background in commercial art, combined with training in New York, has allowed him to be creative behind the chair! Fabian specializes in coloring and highlighting, blowouts, eyebrow and facial waxing, men's color, and haircuts. In addition, he is known for his therapeutic head and neck massage, which is included with your hair service.
Hannah
Master Hair Stylist
Hannah has been in the beauty industry for 19 years. Her cosmetology training began at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Hannah pursued additional training at Wella World Studio NYC. This training, in combination with continued education, allows her to offer the latest trends and techniques to clients. She believes beautiful hair begins with listening well to clients with a thorough consultation.
Heather F.
Master Hair Stylist
Heather has been in the beauty industry for 22 years. She loves her job because she loves to make every client feel beautiful about themselves. Heather enjoys getting to know her clients and their personalities to create the best style for their needs. She also enjoys creating updos for special occasions. She has attended classes to enable her keep up with the latest trends and newest products as well as the newest color and cutting techniques, precision cutting, point cutting, and texturizing on all hair types. Heather looks forward to giving you an enjoyable salon experience.
Cassie
Senior Cosmetologist
Cassie has eight years experience in the beauty industry which includes being a Matrix color educator for Regis Corporation. She regularly attends education classes and currently specializes in blonding, balayage, color correction, and tape in extensions (Hot Heads). Cassie loves color corrections.. have you had trouble with color at home? If so, she can fix it!

Sarah graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology in August 2019. The esthetics field gives her the opportunity to apply her art and design background as a creative outlet through makeup and lash extensions. Sarah is also certified through Babe Cosmetics in various styles of lashes including classic, volume, and even color/glitter. She has always been passionate about skincare and loves making people feel good about themselves on the inside and outside!

Cherie is extremely grateful to love what she does. Even after 20 years of esthetics experience, she never tires of helping the next client find their perfect treatment plan or providing a facial that lifts away life's stressors, if only for just an hour. In addition to skincare, she has been providing clients with body waxing, specializing in Brazilian waxing since 2003. Cherie believes in the healing power of touch and the exchange of energy, which was the catalyst in pursuing her massage therapy license. Every session with a client is an opportunity for healing and growth.

Licensed Massage Therapist
Philip graduated from the Lancaster School of Massage. He is a member of the American Massage Association, which allows him to take continued education to develop various massage techniques for his clients. Philip's specialties include deep tissue/therapeutic massages, hot stone, prenatal, and chair massages. His background of playing the violin and piano since childhood has helped him develop a finger strength which translates into a wonderful deep tissue massage for you. Philip's clients will be pampered from his deep understanding of healing and relaxing the body from the daily stresses of life.
